Congratulations! If you are receiving this student enrollment admission form, you have been accepted for program study at Allure Academy! We are thrilled you have chosen this exciting career choice and want to help you every step of the way to completion and business success.

All students must complete the following information and submit all or no less than 10% of program of study total cost to be admitted to Allure Academy program of interest selected.
Scholarships to Allure Academy will be awarded via email.
Start dates for program courses are determined by enrollment numbers; however, Allure Academy will launch in its' new location June/July 2024 dependent upon TDLR Inspector availability.

Graduate Employment Options:

At Allure Academy, we give you options for employment after graduation. We assist in helping you to locate employment. Provide booth space (rental fee applicable), options to work in spa environment without overhead associated with building upkeep (application process required), and assist in marketing and promotion of your business. Resume assistance, as well as small business operations, laws and regulations requirements education.

Termination of Allure Academy shall include any of the following violations of code of conduct:

Failure to adhere to Allure Academy rules and regulations as outline in student code of conduct
Inappropriate or abusive behavior towards any Allure Academy employee or student or any person on the premises of Allure Academy
Possession of or under the influence of illegal substances (drugs or alcohol)
Theft from Allure Academy or any person on the premises
Inadequate progress in subject matter training

Other Information:

School transfer requests to another school require a $25.00 transfer fee
Tuition pro-rated for students transferring from another school to Allure Academy (any TDLR or Allure Academy registration fees apply)
Students discontinuing Allure Academy education will incur a $25.00 re-enrollment fee to reenter the program, plus any other cost associated with tuition and tuition increases since time of departure
Students failing to complete a course of study within one month of course ending may incur additional hourly fees (no more than $10.00 per educational credit hour) until course is completed
All early withdrawal information and any fees associated are disclosed in the student handbook/code of conduct booklet, provided on first day of class
